WoW realmlist question?

Some time ago I got rid of WoW and a couple of days I have downloaded WoW and TBC, because playing in TBC Private Server want, but when I try to change the realmlist says: "Access denied realmlist.wtf. Please help?

Only members can get the lists to change. If Blizzard are still under probs.contact www.blizzard.com
