It is something that is ongoing, lately I like to call "the resurrection". You know. A great movie you saw years ago and then I remember that one day, just when it began as a film that did not exist, we learned that is a sequel! Not a remake, as in the case of Batman, but a sequel, as discussed in "The story continues".
In the past we had:
– Make Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz and John Hannah the return of the Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor (2008) 9 years later (1999 of the mummy) and 6 years ago, the return of the mummy;
– Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, Bad Boys (1995) returned to 8 years for Bad Boys II (2003)
– Antonio Banderas and Catherine Zetta-Jones came to The Legend of Zorro (2005) 7 years after The Mask of Zorro (1998);
