If I meet all the recommended system requirements are WoW as my performance?

I mean 60 fps, I will be more or less complete with configuration graphics get? I know I meet the recommended requirements and more.

I doubled the requirements and only gets about 20-30fps. I PVP and end RAID-game without problems, so I worry fps if you want to try the game with the minimum requirements.
